1. Shipping Options

1.1 In-Stock Offers

For items in stock, we offer the following shipping options:

 - Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days.

 

1.2 Out-of-Stock Offers
For out-of-stock items, we will efficiently manufacture your order. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for production. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping option.

 

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location. Orders over R1500 qualify for free Door to Door shipping.

 

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the link provided in the email.

 

5. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Items
