You may return items within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it

- In the original packaging

- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

5. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

6. Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
