How do we know this fabric is good quality and why we are we confident you will love it?
We are confident because this fabric is independently lab tested and proven by real customers.
The fabric used in Ultra Scrubs has been tested by an independent textile laboratory for things like:
- Washing at 60°C
- Colour staying strong
- Strength and durability
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Shape and fit after washing
It passed the required standards and, in some cases, performed better than expected. On top of that, our customers wear these scrubs every day and consistently tell us they’re comfortable, long-lasting, and easy to care for. So, it’s not just lab results , it’s real-life use too.
Will this fabric feel hot?
No. Even though it’s a polyester-based fabric, customers often say it feels cool and comfortable to wear.
Is it sweat-friendly?
Yes. The fabric is smooth, doesn’t cling easily, and dries faster than many heavier fabrics, which makes it more comfortable during busy or long days.
Is it stretchy enough to move in?
Yes. The added stretch means you can bend, reach, walk, and move freely without feeling restricted.
Is it soft or stiff?
It has a smooth, soft feel with enough structure to still look neat and professional. It’s not stiff or scratchy.
Is it lightweight or heavy?
It’s medium weight. Light enough to be comfortable, but strong enough to feel durable and not flimsy.
Does it crease easily?
No. The fabric is crease-resistant and keeps a neat look through the day. Most people find it needs little to no ironing.
Will it pill or bobble after washing?
The fabric is made to resist pilling, so it stays looking smooth and professional for longer.
Is it see-through in lighter colours?
No. The fabric offers good coverage and is not see-through, even in lighter shades.
Can I wash my scrubs at 60°C?
Yes. The fabric is tested and safe to wash at 60°C.
Can I tumble dry them?
Yes. You can tumble dry on low to normal heat
Will the colour fade?
The fabric is made to keep its colour looking good wash after wash when cared for properly.
Will it shrink?
No. The fabric is designed to keep its size and shape after washing and drying.
Does it tear easily?
No, not easily. The fabric is strong and durable, made for busy, demanding work environments.
Does it stain easily (blood, makeup, meds, etc.)?
Like most workwear, stains should be treated as soon as possible, but the smooth fabric makes it easier to wash clean than many cotton-heavy fabrics.
Is it easy to iron?
Yes. The fabric is crease-resistant, and most people find it doesn’t need much (or any) ironing.
